Seth Bernström is a Director at the Valuations practice of KPMG Corporate Finance (with 17 years of previous experience at the Valuations practice of PwC Corporate Finance), with a special focus on Private Equity. In addition to his regular work at KPMG, Seth was assigned as Visiting Lecturer on valuation at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm for 10+ years (2011-2022). Furthermore, Seth has over the years also been assigned to provide specialized Valuation training for clients such as the Swedish Government (Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation, Division for State Owned Companies), Roschier Law Firm, FSN Capital, The Swedish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, Nordea Equity Research, Cubera Private Equity, Nordic Capital, etc. He is in addition the author of the globally published book Valuation – The Market Approach (John Wiley & Sons, 2014).
