The number of participants at the onference and the networking dinner is limited.
Please register early, as the first-come-first-served principle applies.

Payment method: You will receive an invoice and payment information via email prior to the conference.

You will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail once your registration has been submitted.

The certificate of attendance will be issued after the conference.

Cancellations must be sent in writing. You can cancel your registration free of charge until 15 April 2026. Cancellations made between 16 April 2026 and 31 May 2026 will incur a cancellation fee of €150 (VAT may apply). Cancellations from 1 June 2026 or nonattendance will not be refunded. EACVA offers the opportunity to send in a substitute participant free of charge (please note that the discounted member fee is only available for personal EACVA members).

EACVA reserves the right to change speakers at any time, if a speaker is unable to participate because of force majeure, in the case of illness, accident or because of other unforeseen obstacles or such as are outside our influence. EACVA reserves the right to reschedule the program of the conference excluding any compensations for damages. In general, EACVA reserves the right to change the program if the overall character of the program is appropriately maintained. Event elements can be canceled or rescheduled by EACVA. Claims over and above that are excluded. We exclude all liability for damages or loss of any belongings of the attendee unless this damage is due to gross negligence on our part. Any liability for personal injuries is also excluded.

Data: The personal information that you supply to us will be stored and used by means of electronic data processing in compliance with the Data Protection Act for contract execution.

By registering, you agree that photos and video sequences from the conference, which may feature your image, can be published on the EACVA or EVI website(s) or social media.
