Professor of Corporate Governance and Capital Markets Law at the Technical University of Munich (TUM School of Management). His research focuses on corporate law, financial market regulation and digital finance. He studied law at the University of Freiburg and holds a Dr. iur. as well as an S.J.D. from La Trobe University (Melbourne).
Prof. Maume is the editor of a leading handbook on crypto-assets and of a major commentary on the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA).
