Valuation of Highly Asset-Light Start-Up Companies

In this web seminar participants will learn how to analyse and value young companies that heavily rely on Intellectual Property (IP), how to deal with the problem of information processing in a world where information-relevance for valuation is highly unclear, and how to deal with the increasing relevance of data in standard business models from a valuation point of view.

This live web seminar will be held in English.

  • Beschreibung

Our business world is turning more and more into a IP-driven one. Not only a lot of new business models which are entirely data-driven or rely purely on intangibles are popping up but also old brick-and-mortar business models are increasingly affected by digital processes, asset-light activities and data.
